Rental terms

Version 2026-08-29-v1. Submitting the form creates a booking request, not an immediately confirmed rental. A contract forms only when DP Rental sends a durable confirmation identifying the supplier, vehicle/category, dates, locations, final itemised price, deposit, protection/excess, mileage/fuel, driver eligibility, cancellation terms and payment method, or when both parties sign the rental agreement. The named driver must provide accurate information, hold a valid licence, meet the confirmed age/eligibility rules and use only approved drivers. Any substitution must be reasonably equivalent or better; a materially inferior alternative requires agreement or refund. Only protection expressly recorded in the confirmation applies, with its excess and exclusions. The customer must use reasonable care, obey law, secure keys/documents, stay within disclosed territory/use restrictions and report accident, theft, damage or breakdown promptly. Pickup and return inspections record condition, mileage, fuel/charge and equipment. Late, fuel, mileage, cleaning, toll, fine, recovery or damage charges require prior disclosure and reasonable evidence. The durable confirmation controls price, taxes, deposit, payment and booking-specific rules. No online-card payment is currently taken by the application. Mandatory Albanian consumer rights and non-excludable liability remain. Electronic records preserve the accepted version and agreed changes. Albanian law governs, without removing mandatory complaint or court rights.
