Cancellation policy

Version 2026-08-29-v1. A booking request may be withdrawn before confirmation without a cancellation charge. After confirmation, the schedule disclosed in that durable confirmation applies and must state the deadline, charge/refund calculation and no-show rule. If no schedule was disclosed and accepted, DP Rental may retain only reasonable, evidenced, non-recoverable loss permitted by law and must return the balance. Date, vehicle, location, driver or extra changes take effect only after written availability and price confirmation. If DP Rental cancels without customer breach and no accepted equivalent is available, amounts paid for the unavailable rental are refunded. Force-majeure situations are handled proportionately and mandatory consumer rights remain. Requests must use the displayed contact or renter portal and include the booking reference; the recorded request time is used.
