DP Rental, the rental supplier identified in your booking confirmation and signed agreement, is controller for enquiries, booking requests, driver verification, handover and return, payments, support, disputes and legal compliance. We process contact and address details; age, licence and identity-verification information; flight, pickup/drop-off, booking, vehicle, protection, extras, deposit and payment-status information; contracts, invoices, inspections, damage/fuel/mileage records; communications; and limited security/audit data. Required information is needed to evaluate or perform the rental; optional fields may be left blank. Processing is based on requested pre-contract steps, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate security/claims interests and consent only where an optional choice legally requires it. Data may be accessed by authorised DP Rental staff, Kaviora Technologies as platform processor, contracted hosting/authentication/storage/email/monitoring providers, insurers or service providers where relevant, professional advisers and competent authorities. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Albania require adequacy or an approved safeguard. Records are kept only for the applicable booking, accounting, tax, insurance, safety and legal-claim periods. Identity-document images are restricted and retained only for the shortest approved verification/legal period, then deleted or isolated unless a legal hold applies. Controls include private storage, expiring links, role-based access, encryption in transit, audit logs, validation and backups. Subject to Albanian law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and information; object to legitimate-interest/direct-marketing processing; and withdraw consent. We normally respond within 30 days, with lawful extension notice if required. You may complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idp.al.
